Interim Senior Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell are recruiting an Interim Senior Finance Business Partner for a three to six months contract for an organisation in Northamptonshire. The role joins a brand new Finance Business Partnering team with the objective of adding value to the organisation and rebuilding the confidence in finance.

The main responsibilities of the Interim Senior Finance Business Partner are:

• Work closely with budget holders to aid them in commercial decision making.
• Help budget holders see the value in working closely in finance.
• Provide strategic insights to budget holders and as their go to person and sounding board for all major decisions.
• Working with a new finance system to produce (predominantly automated) financial information.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to work in an organisation that has gone through change and is looking to strengthen and expand. The position will be 3-4 days per week in the office and works with a newly recruited and commercially focussed team. The ideal candidate will:

• Be an experience Finance Business Partner.
• Be able to build strong relationships and have excellent communication skills.
• Be a qualified accountant. 
• Be immediately available or on a short notice.
• Be able to work in in the Northamptonshire office 3-4 days per week.
