Robertson Bell are delighted to be working with an International Charity as they seek to appoint a Finance Officer on an initial short term contract. Our client is able to offer fully remote flexible working for the foreseeable future.
Key duties will be:
- Maintain the organisations finance function including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Entering all transactions and reconciliations on online banking
- Support finance team with year end audit requirements
- Balance sheet and control accounts reconciliations
- Ensuring month end accounting tasks are completed within deadlines
- Running financial and grant reports
- Monitoring and maintaining all financial records and data
- Responding to financial queries from internal & external stakeholders
You will need:
- Experience of working in a Charity or Not-for-Profit organisations.
- AAT or equivalent accounting qualification
- Experience of using Sage 50 would be highly beneficial
