Robertson Bell are proud to be working with one of London’s leading property developers to recruit a Finance Business Partner (Property) to join a team spearheading their ambitious growth plans. The key responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner (Property) are to:

  • Contribute to the organisation’s exceptional growth plans by supplying the development, sales and construction departments with expert financial and management accounting services.
  • Produce management accounts to inform strategic decision making at the highest level.
  • Liaise with key decision makers and budget holders across those departments, being an expert resource to advise the best financial practice.
  • Conduct investment appraisals and assess the ongoing viability of a set portfolio of development schemes, providing a full accountancy service for those schemes.
  • Liaise with auditors, the development teams, and across the finance department to ensure accuracy and integrity of all financial data related to the development schemes.
  • Assist budget holders in producing their annual budgets in response to expert financial advice.

To be a successful applicant to this role, you must be:

  • A Qualified Accountant (CCAB) or active finalist.
  • Experienced in business partnering, ideally within the residential property development sector.
  • An Advanced Excel user.
  • A first-class communicator, both written and verbal.
