My client is a household named organisation based in London looking for an Accounts Payable Officer to join the team in a role that offers wonderful development opportunities.

The main responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Officer are as follows:

  • Full responsibility for the reconciliation of supplier statements, acting as the main point of contact for any supplier queries.
  • Take the lead in ensuring that all invoices and credit notes are correct and paid on time.
  • Provide invaluable assistance in the production of a multitude of reports related to the accounts payable process, working closely with your line manager to do so.
  • Play a key role in the weekly payment run cycle.
