What you'll be doing:
- Assisting with the accounts payable process, including processing and coding invoices.
- Helping ensure payments are made accurately and on time.
- Reconciling supplier statements and following up on any discrepancies.
- Supporting with basic financial reporting and preparing documentation for month-end processes.
- Communicating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Who you are:
- A detail-oriented, proactive individual with a strong understanding of financial processes and a background in Accounts Payable.
- Highly organised with a passion for problem-solving.
- Comfortable using accounting software and systems - ideally Open Accounts or similar.
