My client is a growing social housing provider based across the West Midlands, who are seeking a Service Charge Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be focused on investigating and resolving any disputes in relation to service charges and leasehold queries, in line with current legislation. Reporting into the into the Head of Income, this role will work autonomously to provide an excellent customer service on behalf of the organisation.
