This is a high-impact, strategic role supporting the organisation’s Assets and Repairs division — an area at the heart of delivering safe, well-maintained homes to thousands of residents.

Leading the finance business partnering activity across Assets and Repairs
Building strong relationships with senior operational stakeholders
Owning the budgeting and forecasting cycle
Responding to queries from junior finance colleagues
Delivering clear, high-quality financial analysis to support strategic decisions
Helping to streamline and improve reporting and financial processes
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
Strong experience in assets and repairs or social housing finance
Excellent communicator, confident working with stakeholders at all levels
Analytical and commercially minded with a proactive approach
Comfortable leading conversations, influencing outcomes and adding real value
