Robertson Bell is proud to be partnering with a long-standing social housing provider to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a permanent role ideal for someone who excels at turning numbers into actionable insight and is comfortable working across both strategic and operational finance areas.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Work closely with directors and department heads to support financial planning and performance.

  • Take ownership of monthly reporting processes, including journals, accruals, and flash reporting.

  • Help streamline internal reporting using Power BI, while maintaining core reporting in Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Lead the preparation of forecasts and budgets, and support budget holders with relevant analysis.

  • Engage with HR and Finance Operations teams to ensure efficiency and cost control in high-volume processes.

  • Assist with quarterly and year-end submissions, ensuring data accuracy and stakeholder alignment.

As part of a purpose-driven organisation, your contribution will support the delivery of vital housing services to those who need them most.

Ideal Candidate:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified with strong management accounting and stakeholder engagement experience.

  • Skilled at producing, interpreting, and presenting financial information.

  • Comfortable managing month-end and budgeting processes independently.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence non-finance teams.
