Robertson Bell is delighted to be recruiting a Management Accountant on behalf of a leading social housing provider. This permanent opportunity is perfect for someone who enjoys a varied workload, values stakeholder engagement, and is looking for a long-term, meaningful role within a not-for-profit organisation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the month-end close, including journal entries, adjustments, accruals, and flash reporting.

  • Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting in coordination with the wider finance team.

  • Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles across various departments and cost centres.

  • Contribute to reporting improvements using Power BI, while maintaining Excel-based dashboards.

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance Operations to manage high-volume transactional processes.

  • Provide financial analysis and advice to senior stakeholders, including directors and budget holders.

The Right Fit:

  • Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with hands-on management accounting experience.

  • Confident leading monthly reporting and collaborating with operational teams.

  • Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
