Main Responsibilities:
Lead the month-end close, including journal entries, adjustments, accruals, and flash reporting.
Assist with quarterly and annual financial reporting in coordination with the wider finance team.
Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles across various departments and cost centres.
Contribute to reporting improvements using Power BI, while maintaining Excel-based dashboards.
Collaborate with HR and Finance Operations to manage high-volume transactional processes.
Provide financial analysis and advice to senior stakeholders, including directors and budget holders.

The Right Fit:
Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with hands-on management accounting experience.
Confident leading monthly reporting and collaborating with operational teams.
Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and communication skills.
Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery.
