Are you a skilled Business Analyst with experience in process improvement? Do you have a strong background in Purchase to Pay (P2P) and are ready to contribute to the transformation of a key business function? Are you passionate about driving efficiencies and delivering measurable results?

My client, a large not for profit organisation based in Central London, is seeking an Interim P2P Business Analyst for a 6-month contract to support the improvement of their Purchase to Pay process. The role is key to assessing and redesigning their current P2P processes to increase efficiency, reduce bottlenecks, and ultimately enhance and standardise the business’ procurement cycle.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Mapping and analysing the ‘As Is’ P2P process, identifying challenges and inefficiencies.
  • Engaging with stakeholders across the business to understand requirements and develop recommendations for the ‘To Be’ process.
  • Collaborating with the business to design the new process, focusing on improvements and best practices.
  • Supporting the implementation of the new process, including user acceptance testing (UAT) and managing any necessary change.
  • Tracking and reporting on the success of the new P2P process, ensuring benefits are realised and improvements are sustained.
  • Creating clear reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and performance post-rollout.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a tangible impact on a key process within the business, while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

The role is based in Central London, with a hybrid working pattern, offering flexibility for the right candidate. Please note this role is define outside IR35.

To be considered, please meet the following criteria:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically in P2P process improvement.
  • A background working in (ideally large scale) Finance teams.
  • Experience in analysing and mapping ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
  • Strong engagement and communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and drive change.
  • Experience in designing reporting systems to track success and benefits realisation.
  • Knowledge of user acceptance testing (UAT) and process rollout best practices.

If you are looking to make an impact on a critical business function and have the right experience, apply today for this exciting opportunity!
