Act as the gatekeeper of the service charge model — running reports, managing asset data, and owning the framework that underpins cost accuracy
Support the service charge estimates and final accounts process, leading on model testing and regular dry runs to assess impact
Collaborate closely with IT and external consultants to streamline reporting, improve data quality, and strengthen system capabilities
Deliver high-quality analysis and ad hoc reporting to drive better management insight on costs and recovery across the board

A systems-savvy finance professional with experience managing or implementing housing management software such as Northgate, Orchard, or similar
Proven track record of systems integration and working with high-volume financial data (10k+ transactions), ideally linked to service charge or property data
Advanced Excel skills and strong commercial acumen — comfortable running models, manipulating data, and spotting trends
Background in social housing, local government, or commercial property — with experience working on service charge models, integration projects or final accounts
