This is an exciting opportunity to take on a strategic, commercially focused role, working with key decision-makers to drive financial performance and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Business partner with regional and departmental leads, providing detailed financial insight and support.
Lead on month-end processes, including journal preparation, accruals, prepayments, and variance analysis.
Support quarterly and year-end reporting cycles, working alongside senior finance colleagues.
Contribute to budgeting and forecasting, ensuring robust cost centre and P&L analysis.
Play a key role in enhancing reporting using tools like Power BI, while maintaining legacy Excel-based reports.
Collaborate with HR and Finance Operations teams to manage high-volume activities and support resource planning.

Person Profile:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with proven experience in business partnering or management accounting.
Strong understanding of budget management, capex/opex control, and end-to-end reporting.
Confident communicator with the ability to explain complex financial data to non-finance stakeholders.
Adept at managing multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
