Based at the Chalk Farm office in Central London, and reporting to the Head of Finance Business Partnering, the Financial Systems Manager is a company-wide reaching role that will work across the organisation to:
*Provide day-to-day management of the financial systems to ensure a smooth running of all Finance functions
*Provide ongoing support to One Future, One Housing’s imminent modernisation strategy, involving an upgrade of all systems to increase inter-system communication
*Act as the lead point of contact for all major Finance Systems queries
*Improve the efficiency of the Finance systems to reduce reporting times, ensure accuracy at all times, and streamline the output of the Finance team
*Train Finance staff in the best use of Finance systems
One Housing are a Housing Association based in Central London with 17,000 homes and a turnover of £250m. Applicants to this role should meet the following criteria:
*Demonstrate expertise in the management of Financial systems, including improving, streamlining, and implementing systems
*Have recent experience of leading projects within Financial systems
*Have extensive knowledge and understanding of various financial systems
*Hold a full or part qualification in accountancy (CCAB)
*Possess expert analytical and reporting skills, first-class communication skills and a lively & amiable character.
