Salary: £32,500 – £37,500

A growing housing organisation is seeking a Finance Analyst to join its small, supportive finance team. The role supports a high-volume income function, processing rent and service charge income and completing daily bank reconciliations.
Processing and recording rent, service charge and other income
Completing daily bank reconciliations
Uploading rent data from CX to SUN and resolving errors
Processing bank receipts and clearing suspense accounts
Managing rent charging cycles and adjustments
Reviewing tenant and ACR ledgers
Preparing rent reports before period close
Assisting with invoice processing and payment queries
CX housing system
SUN accounting system
Excel and internal spreadsheets
Essential:
Minimum 3 years’ finance experience with income processing
Experience of rent accounting and bank reconciliations
Strong Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs)
High attention to detail
Self-motivated with good communication skills
Desirable:
Working towards an accountancy qualification (AAT/ACCA/CIMA)
Experience with service charges
Experience in housing or charity sector
Hybrid working
Pension contribution (over 10%)
