Interim Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell are supporting a Public Sector organisation based in West London to recruit an interim Finance Business Partner on a six-month contract. This is a hybrid role, with office attendance twice weekly.

The interim Finance Business Partner will be responsible for;

• Partnering with key stakeholders across the business to support them with their financial management and decision-making.
• Monitoring spend vs budget, updating forecasts and providing guidance on financial plans.
• Running a smooth month end process including preparation of the management accounts with supporting analysis and commentaries.
• Preparing and reviewing business cases, particularly for ongoing projects.

The successful candidate will be;

• An accomplished finance business partner with experience in the Public Sector.
• A qualified accountant (CCAB or CIMA) or QBE.
• Confident in using MS Excel to at least an intermediate level, navigating and manipulating large data sets.
• Effective in building relationships outside of finance and influencing decisions.
