Interim Year End Support - 3 days per week

Robertson Bell is partnering with a leading charity organisation, is seeking an experienced part-time accountant to support their finance team during the year-end process. This is a temporary role to help bring the organisation's balance sheets up to date and assist with the production of statutory accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accounts are up-to-date
• Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with the audit team
• Contribute to the strategic report as needed
• Provide general accounting and finance support to the small finance team

The ideal candidate will have:

• Several years' experience in a similar accounting/finance role, ideally within the charity sector
• Strong technical accounting skills and familiarity with year-end processes
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Flexibility to work 3 days per week remotely with occasional on-site attendance
