Interim Treasury Manager - Fully Remote

Robertson Bell is partnering with a leading charity who are seeking an experienced Treasury Manager to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for streamlining and optimising the charity's treasury function. This is a fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Restructure the charity's banking arrangements to consolidate and simplify their 150+ bank accounts
• Implement automated bank reconciliation processes to improve efficiency
• Develop and maintain robust cash flow forecasting models to monitor the charity's financial position
• Provide hands-on leadership and training to the existing treasury team
• Identify and drive process improvements across the treasury function

The Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in a treasury management role, ideally within the charity/non-profit sector
• Strong working knowledge of banking processes and cash flow management
• Ability to quickly understand and optimise existing systems and procedures
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive problem-solver with a continuous improvement mindset
