This is an exciting, largely remote opportunity to take ownership of a varied and business-critical role at the heart of a supportive finance team. You will manage daily cashbook activity, maintain accurate income records, and partner with colleagues across the organisation to ensure smooth financial operations. With a major new finance system on the horizon, this role is perfect for someone proactive and curious, who wants to develop hands-on experience with systems and processes and grow their skills in a finance operations role.
What you will do
Allocate daily bank transactions and maintain an accurate cashbook
Maintain cash flow forecasts and keep key stakeholders informed
Reconcile bank accounts and selected balance sheet accounts
Authorise and process payments accurately and on time
Manage invoices and support payment processes efficiently
Produce aged debtor reports and follow up on outstanding balances
Support system processes, data validation, and help shape improvements
