As Senior Finance Manager – Performance Reporting, you will be central to enhancing performance insight, improving financial reporting, and enabling data-driven, strategic decision-making across the business.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the production of accurate, timely management accounts and performance reports

  • Oversee budgeting, reforecasting, and long-term financial planning processes, ensuring rigorous review and analysis

  • Develop and maintain KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks that support evidence-based decision-making

  • Build reporting processes from the ground up, improving visibility of financial and operational drivers across the business

  • Strengthen financial governance through robust controls, policies, and risk management practices

  • Partner with Finance Business Partners and operational teams to identify risks, opportunities, and performance levers

  • Lead, mentor, and develop your team, enhancing systems, workflows, and stakeholder engagement

What you’ll need

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CIPFA)

  • Strong experience in performance reporting, management accounts, FP&A, or financial planning roles

  • Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing finance teams

  • Commercially astute with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Confident communicator, able to present complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders

  • Experience managing priorities, delivering results in a fast-paced environment, and influencing decisions

  • Curiosity, proactive thinking, and the ability to challenge processes and improve reporting frameworks
