Robertson Bell are working with a public sector organisation to recruit a Senior Procurement Officer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible end-to-end procurement activities, including:
- Managing procurement processes and competitions in line with public sector regulations (PCR 2023)
- Utilising e-sourcing tools and various frameworks
- Drafting and negotiating contract terms
- Conducting supplier performance evaluations and implementing corrective measures
- Maintaining accurate procurement documentation
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Procurement Officer, ideally in the public sector
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, processes, and best practices
- Proficiency in using e-sourcing portals and procurement software
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to work independently and prioritise a varied workload
This is a permanent, full-time role based in the offices two days per week.
