My client is a leading Public Sector organisation based in London looking for a Recruitment Manager to lead a vibrant and busy resourcing team that works on c.850 campaigns each year.

The main responsibilities of the Recruitment Manager are as follows:

  • Develop and manage a highly performing resourcing team, ensuring targets are regularly hit and the team remains within budget.
  • Liaise closely with hiring managers across the organisation to ensure that a robust and effective recruitment plan is in place, understanding their precise needs for each role.
  • Take the lead in the full recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring that candidates and hiring managers are given the best service possible.
  • Ensure that recruitment campaigns are delivered in an efficient and timely manner, using the organisation’s ATS system as effectively as possible to make sure the selection process is diverse and fair.

The successful candidate for the Recruitment Manager role will have:

  • Previous experience of leading a busy in-house recruitment function.
  • Extensive experience of working on in-house recruitment campaigns for a wide range of roles at various levels.
  • Excellent knowledge of recruitment policies and employment law, with experience of advising hiring managers on these.
