An international charity is seeking an Interim Global Consolidation Finance Manager to take ownership of group-level financial planning and reporting across a global network. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior finance leaders and executive stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading group-level financial planning and reporting, consolidating inputs from multiple international entities
  • Coordinating with Finance Directors to ensure consistent, accurate and timely submissions
  • Preparing and delivering reporting to executive leadership and board-level stakeholders
  • Overseeing year-end reporting and supporting the audit process
  • Taking ownership of financial oversight for a central entity, including statutory reporting requirements
  • Leading and facilitating regular forums with senior finance leaders to drive alignment and collaboration
  • Supporting reforecasting and annual planning cycles, ensuring clear guidance and delivery across the group

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong consolidation experience and ability to manage complex group reporting structures
  • A recognised accounting qualification (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience within the charity sector, including an understanding of restricted funding and reserves
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and executive level
  • A calm, clear and structured communication style, with the ability to operate effectively in a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • A proactive, self-starting approach with the ability to navigate different cultures and ways of working

This is a unique opportunity to step into a global role, providing leadership across financial planning and reporting while working with a wide range of senior international stakeholders.
