Robertson Bell is supporting a growing charity to recruit a Finance Officer on a 12-month contract. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to take ownership of day-to-day finance operations within a busy and evolving environment.
Key details:
- 12-month contract
- Fully remote, with the option to be office-based in London
- Full-time or part-time (3–4 days per week)
- Applications reviewed on a rolling basis
The role will involve:
- Managing day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable and receivable
- Supporting month-end processes and maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with reconciliations and resolving any discrepancies
- Working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial processes
- Providing general bookkeeping support across the finance function
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in an all-round Finance Officer or Bookkeeping role, ideally within an SME environment
- A hands-on approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Confidence working independently in a remote or flexible setting
