Finance Business Partner

Robertson Bell is supporting a well-known London-based organisation to recruit a permanent Finance Business Partner into a high-impact, commercially focused role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, influencing stakeholders and driving better decision-making across a complex organisation. The role offers hybrid working and works for a prestigious organisation.

The Role

You will partner a range of central and commercial functions, taking ownership of a significant portion of the organisation’s £50m+ budget.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading on budgeting and forecasting for your areas, including ownership of quarterly forecasts
• Producing monthly management accounts with clear, insightful commentary on performance
• Building strong relationships with Heads of Department to support decision-making
• Delivering scenario modelling around key drivers and pricing
• Analysing income streams including commercial activity
• Presenting financial insights to senior leadership, including CFO and CEO
• Supporting grant funding processes and broader financial planning

The Person

You will be a confident and credible Finance Business Partner who can hit the ground running.

You will have:

• Proven Finance Business Partnering experience
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, modelling)
• The ability to clearly explain financial information to non-finance stakeholders
• A commercially aware mindset, able to assess how changes impact performance
• A professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or be close to qualifying

Sector experience is not essential, but personality is. You must be engaging, inquisitive and able to build relationships quickly.
