Are you an experienced Finance Business Partner looking to join a huge not-for-profit organisation? Do you want to add a big brand name to your CV? Do you want to add a significant and direct impact on the lives and wellbeing of vulnerable people?

My client is a leading not-for-profit organisation looking for an interim Finance Business Partner to bolster their finance team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to be extended beyond that.

The main responsibilities of the interim Finance Business Partner are:

  • Overseeing and ensuring accounts are up to date and correct.
  • Overseeing 2 regions in the UK and having regular monthly meetings with regional managers.
  • Responsible for collating monthly management accounts and variance analysis.
  • Supporting on the operations side of the organisation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to showcase their skills and hit the ground running within an already successful team.

My client is looking for:

  • A very strong management accounting background.
  • Excellent communication ability and strong excel skills.
  • A fully qualified accountant (CIMA or ACCA).
  • Good attention to detail and great organisational skills.

The successful candidate will need to be a self-starter and motivated to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

My client can offer a flexible approach to working with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, with the main office based in the Worcestershire area.
