Robertson Bell are pleased to be supporting a well-known public sector organisation to recruit an interim Corporate Credit Card Officer on an initial three-month contract.

This role offers full remote working and provides an excellent opportunity for someone to take full ownership of, and put their stamp on, this area of finance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Administrating the Corporate Credit Cards; setting up new cardholders and decommissioning historic cards.
  • Verifying and reconciling card transactions, as well as conducting regular and thorough audits.
  • Ensuring that organisational policies and processes are followed.
  • Undertaking frequent improvement projects and leading on the roll out of a new card scheme.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have experience working in a very similar role, ideally within the public sector.
  • Be a confident and clear communicator who is able to build relationships with, and challenge, senior stakeholders.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and experience auditing credit card transactions.
  • Have strong systems skills, ideally with recent usage of MS Dynamics 365 Business Central.
