Robertson Bell is pleased to be partnering with this international charity, based in Central London, who are seeking a Finance Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. This brilliant role offers the chance to join a small finance-team where you will take responsibility for the transactional processes, and with the opportunity to gradually develop within the role to take on more senior tasks.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Assistant include:

  • Full responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of all invoices, ensuring all payments meet strict deadlines.
  • Review of the purchase order system.
  • Responsible with the preparation of and completion of payment runs.
  • Oversee complex reconciliations and manage all deferred income accruals.
  • Undergo weekly and monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Liaising with different internal staff and answering any income related queries.
  • Play a vital role in year-end procedures, including preparing information and being the key point of contact for external auditors.

  • Demonstrable experience of transactional-level finance role.
