My client is a leading housing association based in London, but with a large amount of home working on offer, looking for a Finance Project Manager to join the team as they go significant period of growth and change.

The main responsibilities of the Finance Project Manager are as follows:

  • Lead on the planning, implementation, upgrade and transformation of numerous projects, systems and process, during this significant period of organisational change.
  • Liaise closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation to discuss with and advise them on any upcoming changes, managing their expectations over processes and timeframes.
  • Take the lead on the consolidation of accounts on a number of systems in order to streamline financial processes.
  • Perform ad hoc accountancy work when required, including, getting involved in the preparation of year-end accounts.

The successful candidate for the Finance Project Manager will have:

  • Qualified as an accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, etc.).
  • Ideally have experience of working within the housing, real estate or property sectors, however, candidates without this are still encouraged to apply.
  • At the very minimum experience of being involved in project, implementation or transformation work, however, you will have ideally led on this.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability and gravitas to produce significant change.
