In this Finance Manager role, you will:
- Oversee the financial management of three entities, liaising with senior stakeholders to discuss budgets and ensure everything is accounted for and managed smoothly.
- Take charge of processing purchase orders, approving payment runs, and keeping finances on track.
- Produce monthly management accounts and present reports to senior leadership, advising on budget matters and supporting grant management.
- Assist with year-end financial preparations, ensuring everything is ready for audit.
- Provide line management to two Finance Officers, offering guidance and support as they develop their skills.
- Collaborate closely with other finance teams during transition periods and maintain calm, steady leadership.
