Develop strong working relationships with internal IT teams and external providers to support system performance and innovation.
This role is offered on a hybrid basis, with two days per week on site. The organisation offers a friendly and welcoming environment, with a strong sense of community and a pleasant office with good commuter links.

Bring strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and translate technical language for non-specialists.
Be proactive, collaborative, and able to operate independently within a small team environment.
Ideally hold project or systems-related qualifications such as Prince2, though this is not essential.
Have previous experience working in a complex, service-oriented organisation.
