Keen to work for one of the leading and most established charities in its field? Looking for a finance business partnering role with the genuine capacity to influence senior stakeholders? Do you enjoy taking full ownership of your work and spotting opportunities to take the lead in new areas?

If yes, this could be your next role!

Robertson Bell are proud to be partnering with this well-established international charity in their search for a new Finance Business Partner on a permanent basis. Based in London, this brilliant hands-on role offers excellent development potential and would suit someone with a commercial mindset and confidence communicating with senior audiences.

The key duties and responsibilities of this Finance Business Partner role are as follows:

  • Full responsibility for managing key relationships with senior stakeholders from financial and non-financial backgrounds across your division, providing financial insight and analysis to inform decision making.
  • Take the lead on the preparation of the monthly management accounts for the departments under your remit.
  • Provide invaluable support in the yearly budget and forecasting processes, producing reports and communicating these across the business.
  • Use financial models and KPI reporting to produce accurate projections for the future and boost performance of the charity.
  • Play a key role in the preparation of the statutory accounts for the group and its subsidiaries and liaise with the auditors as required.

My client has a brilliant reputation across the sector for employing and developing newly qualified professionals who are looking to make their first move into industry. Candidates holding an ACA qualification are therefore strongly encouraged to apply, but this is by no means an essential requirement.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ideally fully qualified as an accountant. However, candidates without this who have relevant experience will still be considered.
  • Demonstrable experience working in a Finance Business Partnering role and liaising with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with financial modelling and KPI reporting is preferable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

If you are interested in this opportunity, please do not delay in applying as applications are being reviewed daily and my client is looking to schedule interviews ASAP.
