Do you want to know that your employer has a clear progression plan for you, leading you towards a Director-level role? Would you like to work for an organisation that has outstanding employer satisfaction ratings and genuinely prioritises employee well-being?

This global non-profit organisation, which is based in Leicestershire and has a highly commercial outlook, is seeking a skilled Head of Finance to lead a high-flying team. You will report to the Director of Finance and hold these among your key responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day operation of finance, covering the management accounts and transactional teams
  • Ensuring the production of monthly management accounts, in addition to being responsible for the budgeting and forecasting process, and providing financial support to senior budget holders to support strategic decisions
  • Overseeing financial planning and reporting for the Group, ensuring that Finance is providing the best possible service to the wider organisation
  • Leading on the year end process, and being the key point of contact for auditors
  • Identifying areas for cost saving, owning financial processes and implementing procedures designed to streamline performance.

At all levels in this organisation, internal development is prioritised, and there is a clear succession plan in place for the new Head of Finance. The Finance team is ambitious and happy, and systems are up to date meaning that you can focus on getting the job done!
