Robertson Bell are delighted to once again be exclusively partnering with this rapidly growing, inspiring charity in their search for a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting into an experienced Head of Finance, you will be responsible for heading up the charity’s business partnering and reporting function, developing more robust processes and providing leadership to a small team.

The key duties of this Finance Business Partner role are as follows:

  • Take the lead in the preparation of the annual budget and oversee the quarterly forecasting process.
  • Full responsibility for the development of the charity’s long-term financial plan.
  • Influence key senior members of the organisation to ensure alignment with the organisational strategy is maintained and financial sustainability is prioritised.
  • Hold key oversight for the preparation and presentation of the monthly management accounts to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Manage a small team of highly capable, proactive finance professionals, providing training and giving them opportunities to progress professionally.
  • Work closely with the Finance Manager in the development of more robust integrated reporting architecture.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Achieved their full accountancy qualification.
  • Experience working in a Finance Business Partnering role of a similar capacity.
  • First-class communication and report writing skills.
  • The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders and drive performance.
  • Experience managing or supervising a small team.
