Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

I am urgently looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis professional who is seeking an exciting opportunity to shape a fast-growing organisations future financial planning processes! Working in Reading on a hybrid basis, this well-known organisation is looking to get someone started ASAP.

The main responsibilities include:

• Develop and maintain financial models to assess business performance and project future results.
• Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with department heads to support financial planning and decision-making processes.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to drive business growth.
• Lead and mentor a team of Management Accountants.

Essential criteria:

• Qualified Accountant.
• Significant FP&A experience, and able to improve processes / reporting to the wider organisation.
• Team management experience.
• Available at short notice.
