Robertson Bell are excited to announce their partnership with this fantastic charity as they go to market for a Part-Time Grant Finance Manager (4 days a week) on a permanent basis. In this Grants Finance Manager role, you will:

  • Have full autonomy over a portfolio of 4-6 grants at any given time, ensuring to effectively monito expenditure against budgets.
  • Be a key point of contact for budget holders, programme leaders and other stakeholders are you discuss their current financial position against the grant’s budget to allow you to accurately reforecast.
  • Produce accurate and timely reports to donors on a quarterly basis and do informal monthly reviews to remain informed on each programme.
  • Assist the Director of Finance in budgeting for proposals by providing an accurate oversight on forecasted staff and resource costs for up-coming programmes.

  • Experience producing reports for donors on an international or domestic scale.
  • Proficient Excel skills, with the ability to perform pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s and manipulate large volumes of data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable working with international teams.
