Interim Service Charge Consultant

 Are you a Social Housing Service Charge expert looking for a new part time contracting opportunity?

My client is a small housing provider working fully remotely. They are about to embark on a Service Charge review project and require an Interim Service Charge Consultant, working outside IR35, on a part time basis for an expected six months, to:

• Review current service charge processes
• Make recommendations for changes and process improvements
• Complete service charge statements for 23-24 so that the organisation can move from fixed to variable service charges
• Liaise with the Finance Director and wider ELT to set new processes for the future
• Focus on cost recovery and accuracy.

Working outside IR35, this role can be completed fully remotely on a flexible basis working three days per week, with the key deliverables set on project timelines.
