My client is a large Property group based in Hampshire whose recently history has shown substantial success and growth, with the next 12 months set to be a period of continued change. They are recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner on a 12 month FTC to support a key directorate with responsibilities including:

  • Budgeting, forecasting, and monthly management reporting for a key support services directorate
  • Meeting with budget holders and internal stakeholders to provide strong financial support
  • Supporting the creation of innovative solutions to complex problems by applying high level financial analysis and expertise
  • Preparing financial information to support decision making and drive business performance
  • Ensuring accuracy in management accounts, reviewing systems and processes, and engaging in advanced technologies to support commercial performance.

This role will suit someone with a commercial background who has an interest in working in an organisation with a strong social purpose. Those with strong experience supporting highly demanding stakeholders, developing successful business relationships, and finding solutions to difficult problems, will be seen as highly favourable for this position.

The organisation boasts a flexible working environment where the team meets in person twice a week in the Hampshire office.

To be considered, please meet these minimum criteria:

  • Hold a fully accountancy qualification with post-qualification experience in Management Accounting/Business Partnering/FP&A
  • Advanced Excel skills, Communication skills and Presentation competencies
  • Able to evidence the ability to solve complex problems and overcome challenges
  • Experience in large, fast paced, complex organisations.
