Key Responsibilities

• Preparing the monthly reporting pack to ensure accurate and timely information is shared to director level stakeholders.

• Managing both international and local queries around payments and tracking where payments are going.

• Reporting on payment queries, including who is raising them and the issues involved.

• Compiling statistics and reports on foreign exchange (forex) trading.

• Supporting cashflow management and taking on increasing responsibility in this area as the role grows.

• Managing a diverse portfolio of stakeholders, including directors, banks, and treasury team colleagues.

Person Specification

• Ideally 3–5 years of experience in a treasury role.

• Strong technical and digital mindset with excellent Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is highly desirable.

• Educated to degree level as a minimum.

• Eagerness to learn and enthusiasm for developing treasury expertise.

• Strong communication skills to work effectively with directors, banks, and internal teams.

• Proactive and adaptable, able to manage competing priorities and respond to queries efficiently.
