What you’ll do:
- Analyse trends and performance across business areas to provide actionable insight. Your work will help senior leaders make smarter decisions.
- Build scenario models and forecasts to test commercial and operational options. You’ll see how your analysis informs real strategy.
- Support budgeting, KPI reporting, and performance analysis. Your input will help the charity plan and allocate resources effectively.
- Transform large, complex datasets into clear, actionable intelligence. Your insights will be relied on daily by colleagues across the organisation.
What you’ll need:
- 1–2 years’ experience producing meaningful analysis (beyond basic reporting).
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Curiosity to question numbers, not just report them.
- Ability to explain insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
- Open to candidates from any sector - commercial, public, or not-for-profit experience all considered.

Location & working pattern:
Predominantly remote, with home working as standard. Attendance is required once per quarter for a finance collaboration day, with occasional office days if needed. Flexibility is available for those who prefer more office time.
