We are working exclusively with a brilliant housing association in Birmingham looking to hire an inquisitive and growth-based Systems Officer. Handle a range of system queries across the organisation, from end users to leadership teams
Support system processes and ensure smooth day-to-day financial operations
Work holistically across departments to identify opportunities for improvement
Review existing systems and processes to help implement streamlined solutions
Collaborate with teams on data integrity, reporting tools, and system enhancements

Experience in the social housing or wider public sector
A proactive attitude toward systems and process improvement
