The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a rent and service charge role, ideally within social housing.

  • Possess strong knowledge of relevant legislation such as the Landlord & Tenant Act.

  • Demonstrate excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Be able to interpret financial data and explain complex information clearly to customers.

  • Show proven leadership skills, with experience coaching and motivating a team.

  • Be proactive, organised, and driven to deliver process improvements.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis, so early applications are encouraged.
