A well-established housing organisation is expanding its Rents & Service Charges team following a recent restructure aimed at improving efficiency and strengthening business partnering.

This role suits an analytically minded individual who enjoys working with data, identifying anomalies, and turning numbers into clear insight. You’ll manage your own service charge portfolio, work closely with operational teams, and act as a trusted point of contact on rents and service charges.

Key responsibilities

  • Service charge analysis, including actuals vs estimates

  • Monitoring and reporting against KPIs

  • Investigating data anomalies and improving data quality

  • Partnering with internal teams to ensure accurate information flow

  • Supporting service charge issuance as a subject-matter expert

What we’re looking for

  • Strong Excel and numerical skills

  • Proven analytical capability and attention to detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders

  • A proactive, autonomous working style

Experience in housing, rents, or service charges is beneficial but not essential. Candidates from outside the sector will be considered where strong analytical and business-partnering skills are evident.

Why apply?

You’ll join a supportive, knowledgeable team, led by an experienced manager who values trust, autonomy, and collaboration, within an organisation committed to fairness, transparency, and professional development.

Closing date: 9:00am, 22 January 2026
Interviews: 28 January 2026

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and early application is strongly encouraged, as interview slots are limited.
