Key Responsibilities

• Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

• Provide strategic business partnering support to core stakeholders

• Oversee statutory accounts preparation and ensure compliance with charity regulations

• Manage the year-end process, liaising with auditors and trustees

• Identify and deliver process improvements across finance operations

• Lead and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and professional growth
