Key Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of budgeting and forecasting for your area, working closely with the team lead to ensure accuracy and insight

• Overseeing the management accounts process, including reviewing and finalising outputs

• Supervising junior accounts staff, checking their work, and supporting their development

• Presenting management accounts information to senior stakeholders, providing clear analysis and commentary

• Identifying opportunities to improve processes, streamline reporting, and contribute to a more forward-looking finance function

Person Specification

• Background in management or cost accounting, with strong technical and analytical skills

• Experience in property or manufacturing is desirable but not essential
