Interim Treasury Operations and Compliance Manager

Are you an experienced treasury professional with strong compliance and accounting knowledge? Can you confidently manage lender requirements, recurring deadlines and multiple stakeholders? Are you immediately available for a new interim assignment?

Robertson Bell are supporting a Housing Association to recruit an Interim Treasury Operations and Compliance Manager for an initial six-month contract. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing monthly, quarterly and annual lender compliance requirements.
• Monitoring covenants and supporting treasury reporting.
• Maintaining and reconciling the Asset and Liability Register.
• Supporting treasury accounting, including journals and reconciliations.
• Coordinating charging activity and managing external lawyers and valuers.
• Maintaining effective processes, controls and documentation.

This role would suit a highly organised treasury professional who can take ownership of essential operational activity and ensure deadlines are consistently met. The position is full time with flexible hybrid working, with remote options considered for the right candidate. Ideally, some presence in the Kent office would be welcome. The role is inside IR35 and paid via Umbrella company, with an FTC option also available.

To be considered, please meet the following criteria:

• Experience in treasury operations, lender compliance or treasury accounting.
• Strong reconciliation, data-management and organisational skills.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and competing deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and a dependable, delivery-focused approach.
• Housing, charging or asset-security experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
