Interim Treasury Manager

Are you an experienced Treasury professional with a strong track record of managing liquidity, cash flow and funding requirements? Do you have experience of covenant monitoring, securitisation and lender reporting? Are you available at short notice for a six-month interim assignment?

Robertson Bell is recruiting an Interim Treasury Manager to join a West Midlands Social Housing organisation for an initial six-month contract, working on a hybrid basis with the ability to commit to two days per week in the office.

The role will provide stability and technical expertise during a period of organisational change, with the immediate priority being to ensure the organisation maintains strong control over its cash, liquidity and funding requirements.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of cash flow management and forecasting.
• Managing liquidity and supporting loan drawdowns as required.
• Calculating and monitoring loan covenants.
• Overseeing securitisation, security and asset cover requirements.
• Supporting regulatory and lender reporting.
• Managing key banking relationships and treasury administration.
• Overseeing and supporting a small Treasury team.
• Supporting wider tax and statutory reporting requirements.

There is potential for the opportunity to develop into something longer-term for the right individual.

To be considered, please meet these criteria:

• Strong, hands-on Treasury experience, ideally within the Housing sector, with the ability to quickly take ownership of key activities.
• Experience of cash flow forecasting, liquidity management and funding requirements.
• Knowledge of covenant monitoring, securitisation and/or lender reporting.
