Interim Transactional Finance Manager

My client, a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an Interim Transactional Finance Manager to lead a small but vital finance team for a 3–6 month period. This is a hands-on role managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cashbook, and Insurance functions, with a focus on streamlining systems and improving processes to ensure a consistently high standard of delivery. A quick start is available.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supporting a team of three across AP, AR, Cashbook, and Insurance
• Reviewing and improving transactional finance processes and systems
• Delivering timely, accurate financial processing in line with best practice
• Supporting the month-end close through robust reconciliations and reporting
• Providing hands-on support and leadership during a period of change
