We are supporting a higher education institution with the appointment of an Interim Student Support Advisor to provide additional capacity during a busy student enrolment period. This is an urgent 3 month requirement and will suit someone comfortable working in a fast-paced, student-facing environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students through the enrolment process, including finance set-up and payment plans
- Responding to student queries and providing a high standard of customer service
- Logging, tracking and resolving service desk tickets
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team as required
The successful candidate is likely to have:
- Experience in a similar role within higher education
- Exposure to student record systems such as Banner would be beneficial but is not essential
- Strong attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Availability to work on-site during the enrolment period
