Interim Rent Accountant

My client, a growing organisation in the Social Housing sector, is looking for an Interim Rent Accountant on an initial 6-month contract. With a busy period approaching due to a significant property rollout and an upcoming system implementation, this role plays a critical part in keeping tenancy accounts accurate, up to date, and well-managed.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting up new tenancy accounts and ensuring rent charges are correctly applied
- Managing ongoing tenancy accounts, ensuring balances are accurate
- Allocating tenant payments and resolving discrepancies
- Responding to tenant and internal queries relating to rental accounts
- Supporting the wider team in preparation for a new housing management system rollout
