Robertson Bell are working with a growing organisation to recruit an Interim Purchase Ledger Officer to support their finance team through a busy year-end period and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
- Invoice processing and system entry
- Three-way matching (PO, invoice, GRN)
- Payment run management (end-to-end, including BACS file creation)
- Supplier communication and invoice dispute resolution
- Statement review and reconciliation
About You:
- Proven purchase ledger/AP experience essential
- Knowledge of purchase ordering systems
- Understanding of payment processes
- Strong attention to detail
- Immediately available
